In one of the photos of the radio in the listing it showed a piece of trim was loose. When i unpacked the radio the trim was not there, i contacted the seller who checked to see if he could find it. It could not be found so the seller gave me a full refund. This was unexpected and I was very happy with the refund. This seller went above and beyond in terms of customer service.
