This anthology is a collection of sketches, clips, and interviews that demonstrate the comedian's unforgettable and often imitated style. Features Kovacs' famous roles as Percy Doventonsils, the Nairobi Trio, and Eugene, as well as his hilarious parodies of popular songs. Includes "Early TV Shows," "Musical Parodies," "The 'Eugene' Show," "Kovacs Characters," and "The Last Kovacs Shows--Jan. 1962." The DVD release features an extra hour of footage, including a rarely seen episode from 1960, a routine featuring Edie Adams' impersonation of Marilyn Monroe, and more. A must for any fan of classic comedy.

    Have to say it, looked all over ebay to buy DVDS and BLUE RAY DISCS, there are a ton out there, but this seller is by far the best, accurate descriptions, really good prices, huge selection, super fast shipping and very well packed items, great communication.     Seeing Ernie again

    It has been great to see Ernie Kovacs again in such an affordable way. Set was in great condition. People today may not remember Earnie because his life was cut short, but he Created some of the funniest and most intelligent humor I have ever seen. Very much worth watching.

    Even Ernie's average is better than any media has to offer.

    Ernie was FAR ahead of his time on both sense of what the future of media and humor might accomplish -- too bad that nearly all networks now attempt to control human thought and freedom.
