I’m sure it’s a one off situation but the same thing happened with the yellow band with this order that happened with the yellow band from Nomad. For whatever reason it catches on the inside of the band slot of the watch and it ripped the middle lug off. I even installed it as Nomad said by depressing the middle lug as I noticed the band wouldn’t install without it
