The seller offered me a 10% reduction against the original asking price for the clock, which led to my decision to buy it. Upon opening the box, I found that an extraordinary amount of care had been taken in packaging up the item, using multiple layers of bubblewrap, etc. & thus it remained undamaged accordingly. The clock is exactly as described & in full working order, so I'm one highly satisfied customer as a result!
