However, instead of activating it, she waited until it was suspended so I couldn't have my wifi service and she STILL hasn't activated the esim I paid for! Thanks to her, I had to pay unexpected extra money for another company to get back the service as she kept neglecting my request of activation. Definitely one of the worst sellers on eBay. When you ask for the refund, I immediately refund you more than what you asked. You asked for $11 and I refunded you $23.
