I ordered a brand new item, but when it arrived it was a retired library book. An error on the seller's part, which they made EVERY effort to correct once they were made aware. Communication with them was direct, reciprocated and honest. I was given options in regards to the error in my order, and we settled on a partial refund. This is more courtesy and effort than I've experienced with other sellers on Ebay, so thank you. Cheers

The picture is of the 3rd Edition, but the 4th Edition was shipped, which was ok with me. Appearance is a little different as the cover isn't the same but again that's ok. Shipping seemed a little long, but I wasn't in a super hurry so a few more days was ok, plus it came book class which takes a little longer and tracking isn't as good.
