Not only was the cellophane wrapper damaged, but the case and cover art themselves were damaged. I contacted the seller and he claimed that it was described in the pictures, yet it's impossible to tell what's damage to the wrapper or damage to the case/cover art without opening it. And of course once opened and the real condition is revealed, it's no longer returnable. Seller doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction.
