I put batteries in the remote, connected HDMI cable to computer & projector & instantaneously was projecting on my cutting mat. I calibrated and traced my pattern within minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. The projector itself was in good shape except for some exterior marks, which came off with alcohol. It arrived in a broken styrofoam cube, with the packing cardboard collapsed so it was loose in the shipping box. But it seems to be okay.

It was listed as having a new epson bulb. don't know how I'd verify that but it's working. Can't rate the seller on how well he responds to a service issue since I haven't had any but he was very prompt when UPS decided to hold the unit in their warehouse .
