All that arrived after 8 days in a Texas post office was a fragment of the shipping envelope with my name and address on it. FORTUNATELY, the seller is a highly honest and responsive. He refunded my money instantly. I will definitely buy from him again if he lists items on my wish list. Thanks for being one of the good guys, Chief!

I purchased a coin and it was promptly mailed out but then the U.S. Postal Service lost it and I eventually received an empty envelope in the mail. I did not know how to handle this so I sent a message to Csm1day and within 2 or 3 minutes he replied with instructions on how to get my refund. A couple hours later I found the money was refunded back to my credit card.
