When I tried to charge the battery for the first time, I measured 0W charging speed. I thought the voltage had dropped so low that it refused to charge it. I contacted the seller and he was kind enough to send me a full refund. Later on, I was able to jumpstart the battery using another 9V one and now it works as expected. The battery life isn’t any good, but the battery is original and brand new.

I placed an order for a battery like this shortly before a security crisis started in my area causing huge delays in traffic. The item arrived a couple of weeks after the crisis lifted but without any notice when or where. I found about it and headed on to the post office too little too late as they sent it back. I contacted seller who willingly dived in to sort it out, sent me another one that arrived in a few days. An extraordinary service!
