    Very good seller! The battery I order was in good condition, arrived quickly, and exactly matched the description. Due to my own error, I ordered the wrong battery model, but the seller responded quickly, communicated clearly, and had a very reasonable return policy. I will certainly trust them again next time I need wireless batteries.

    Good product but tricky installation

    The product itself was good and seemed to be a genuine LG battery. Getting the case open and phone disassembled wasn't too bad but getting the battery out was difficult. You probably don't know this but the battery in your phone is glued in place and getting out requires some force. I got my phone apart and battery installed but after putting it back together my fingerprint reader no longer worked. I took it apart again to see if I missed something but there was nothing obvious. Put it together again and now my volume down and fingerprint reader no longer worked. Battery worked just fine and fit well BUT..... So, not the fault of the battery but it has its downsides. At that point I decided to trade my phone in while it was still worth something and got a new Motorola G6 so it all ...

    I hoped for a bigger difference...

    I bought this battery to replace the 18 month old battery in my Nexus 5x. The battery arrived well packaged in good condition. Removing the old battery end mounting this new one was, helped by instructions on Youtube, easy. The screwdrivers and other equipment, supplied in the package were helpfull. The battery functions good, and lasts one and a half day, which is better than the old one, which just held for one day. But I hoped for two days, and that is maybe not realistic. All in all I am happy, especially considering the fair price.

    Poor quality, Won't hold charge!!

    Was easy to install with tools, etc... however it's very poor quality. It doesn't hold a charge any longer than the old failing battery. It won't last through the work day before dying, and that's with relatively little use. I think the "LG" brand label is a knockoff, not genuine.

    Decent but not original

    Its a good Chinese copy of the original. They try their best to package it as original but that's pure deception. The battery though works fine. It obviously boasts a bit lower capacity than an LG battery but it still is very usable. This does mean the advertised cappacity is false. I'd guess it to be at 75-80% of the original. Time will have to indicate whether it proves stable through my use.

    Battery is good

    the battery made a ton of difference on time between charges the kit is all but useless in getting the back cover off junk plastic all broke little screw drivers are soft metal and will strip out. but I didn't buy it for the kit only battery and it makes a world of difference over old battery
