My friend is delighted with the biscuits that arrived today. I would suggest you try a different courier perhaps for items heading to Suffolk. Although the surprise element of my purchase was lost I am really happy that my friend has lots of treats to enjoy. Happy to recommend this first class seller 5*****

I contacted the seller and they immediately apologised and sent me a replacement which were delivered the next day. Fantastic customer service. When i received them they were all eyeballs. Also there is a plus sign and a picture of a tub ...i never recieved a tub they were in a brown envelope...little disappointed with this and have contacted seller to query this....................

I believe the image depicting them on the website is not what V STAR send as ROYALE but instead their plainly labelled SUGAR FREE HARD BOILED ones so the advert for ROYALE should be removed off the website as what you get is not what the buyer is senr when placing their order
