I ordered a second hand part that when it arrived did not work. this is always a risk with second hand parts however it was stated as in "Good Condition". Once I established that the part was not functional I contacted the seller and their response was excellent. I supported my issue with pictures and they responded immediately. I will use them again. Thank you!
