  I believe the seller had the item drop shipped. It was not sent with any padding and the box suffered some slight damage. I contacted the seller about the issue. It took a day or 2 before reply-but they did offer me a discount or to return package. I was happy they replied and were receptive to doing something to correct the problem. I decided on the the discount they offered to avoid the trouble of the return.

  The item was listed "Limited Edition 4k Blu-ray", but I received the standard 4K Blu-ray edition. Regardless, it is brand new and sealed, and the seller offered me a small refund as a gesture of good faith, and professional courtesy. The shipping was also super fast. Pleasure doing business with.   ImportCDs is a great seller. I ordered the Contagion 4k steelbook from them, it arrived from Oz to Canada, but was unfortunately the wrong version, regular instead of steelbook.
