I opened the shipping package and it was well packed in bubble and paper cushioning. I waited a day to hook it up and frankly, expected to be disappointed as I had been on several other purchases. To my amazement, it freaking WORKS and played the five CDs I'd picked and they played fine. For those that are looking for a trusted vendor, go with this guy.
