A couple of scratches that you can see and feel with your nail over the front screen. The back was pretty good and overall I’d say it was fair for the price. In terms of functionality, it’s been working okay so far but the one thing I will say is that it heats up like crazy when I charge it. I’ve been using the cable provided to me so I can’t figure out why that’s happening but otherwise, it’s a solid purchase and I can’t be mad.

As for the quality of the phone, it got scratches and dents here and there but it’s not to bad considering the price and also I had 87 battery health. And I also tried to return it to see what they would but they where very open and honest and help me return which I didn’t do because for the price this phone is great it has no dead pixels or nothing so yes I recommend this seller for honesty with customers!

Unfortunately, it received a small bit of a damage in shipment (no fault of the seller, the package was quite beat up and the phone was packaged well). The seller was quick to respond, offered multiple resolutions, and followed up. Aside from the small bit of damage, the phone was exactly as described and otherwise looked brand new. Great value!

The seller wasted no time getting it on the way to me. 5 stars is not high enough for how fast the phone got here! It should be 10 stars! I am pleased with my purchase so far. I would buy from them again and I recommend them to anyone looking for a refurbished phone. They also respond to your messages in a timely manner and during normal business hours, not 3:00am, which is appreciated. Thank you!
