The battery cap. was 84%, and it updated to the latest ios, no prob. Minimal scratches on the screen (the longest ones were about 0.25in, but shallow and only noticeable when the screen was off). One week of use and so far everything seems to be in working order; battery drainage is what I consider to be "normal". IMO: Overall a really good purchase from this vendor.

The phone is a perfect upgrade for my wife's aging iPhone8 which required nightly charging; this one lasts her 3 days before a re-charge. Super-minor imperfections which don't affect usage at all (esp. after putting it in a case) make it a brand new phone.

The seller was quick to respond, offered multiple resolutions, and followed up. Aside from the small bit of damage, the phone was exactly as described and otherwise looked brand new. Great value!

However, I don't think it was packaged correctly, and the shipping information from FedEx was confusing (it stated it was arriving, but it didn't). Maybe the shipper inspected the contents along the way - don't know. Regardless, this is the fourth phone I've purchased from this seller and am still pleased.
