The battery cap. was 84%, and it updated to the latest ios, no prob. Minimal scratches on the screen (the longest ones were about 0.25in, but shallow and only noticeable when the screen was off). One week of use and so far everything seems to be in working order; battery drainage is what I consider to be "normal". IMO: Overall a really good purchase from this vendor.
