They wouldn't cancel but did offer a partial refund..........and then the order arrived far sooner after all. Friendly, yet tracking information could be better.

Worst customer service yet to find on Ebay, ordered the one I wanted & tossed this into the trash. Worst customer service on Ebay so far.
