I got one when our city changed their filters and the water turned brown and hard. I had calcium and lime on the insides of my kettles! I've been using the tower for just over a month. No buildup on my kettles! And you can see the difference: clear! And taste it: no hint of bleach! (or arsenic, come on...) I got the filters BB9-2 & PF-2, standard and flouride/arsenic filters. Brand new, sealed in plastic, & decent price! Will buy again!

There were many other packages that were missing this particular day. I contacted the seller and they immediately resent my package, using a different carrier this time.
