Was double boxed and the item was basically brand new! In the original box with all of the original items and not a single issue with the speaker. I have to test it more to understand how good the speaker is but the sound quality was impeccable. Great seller! I’ll be back for RC-7 towers in a couple years.

There was a power supply cord missing and a problem with optical port which was handled immediately. They sent me a replacement in less than 48 hours! Unit looked brand new and sound was perfect. The boxes arrived very well packaged and protected. The delivery company beat up one of the boxes pretty bad but the seller protects the equipment extremely well and everything was intact. I highly recommend this seller and will be buying again!!!! Bravo!

Supposedly XPO didn't deliver to my town and I would have to pick up my speakers about fifty miles away. When my speakers arrived I called XPO to arrange a pickup time and was told they could deliver to my door at no extra cost the next morning, which they did. The driver even called to tell me when he was 15 minutes away. The Klipsch Forte's arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this seller
