I find the price competitive when compared to other high street retailers. This recent purchase was to replace a battery from this seller on a car in storage that had not been charged as promised, they just stopped bothering after nearly 3 years. I will have to undertake that myself in future, obviously. The battery is still 56% after a condition charger was used for 2 days so still useful

Although they sent the battery next day delivery the Parcelforce driver assumed I was a Jew and because of his politics he refused to deliver to a Jew, and would not hand over the parcel. The rabid racism of the Parcelforce driver made it a dark day, but the response of this supplier shone a bright light, and totally outshone that darkness.

Next day delivery, I would question that one. Reading the reviews this happens a lot so I would surgiest that the post is changed to read 1 to 3 days this would would stop any disappointment on the buyers part. On the good note, the seller is good with communications and the battery's are packed well. A bit disappointed with the postal service.

Communication was excellent throughout, and the battery arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Great quality item at a great price. Overall, top-notch service! As advertised, order one day and arrived the next as promissed. Only problen the courier left the battery under my post box where it could have been stolen by any light fingererd person in stead of delivering to my door. Fortunately my wife arrived home and told me that it was in the driveway some distance from my prperty. Thank you for your effort and first class service. Brian Edwards.
