Very good for use around the office.
I bought these for use while at the office. I needed earbuds with good noise cancelling and wanted true wireless so that I could put them in and take them off without having to remove my face mask. The noise cancelling is excellent; the best of any earbuds I've owned with the feature, which includes the Jabra Evolve 75e and the Sony WI-1000X. It doesn't entirely eliminate the chatter of people talking, but I can't hear it unless the conversation is nearby me. I've read complaints about the earbud tips. I find the 85t fits my ears better and more comfortably than my Evolve 75e. I would not, however, feel confident that they would stay in my ears if I were exercising. They are secure enough to form a good seal when I'm sitting, but I can feel them loosen somewhat even when walking ... I bought these for use while at the office. Amazing earbuds for a great price IF they fit in your ears
These have amazing features and sound great. But.... They do not sit securely in my ears at all. I'm going to try third party gels to see if I can fix the matter, but it's very frustrating for earbuds this premium.

Not recommended for Taking work meetings from your computer
does not integrate well with windows. bought it thinking I can use it for work calls but it lacks a lot of the features and functionality required. The jabra app is only for mobile. On Windows, all you can is pair it via bluetooth. But then it's stuck on passthrough mode where you just hear yourself and all your surroundings every time you are using the microphone. 5 star refurbishment; 4 star performance
Purchase certified refurbished direct from Jabra. Earbuds were in like new condition and included all accessories. It came packaged in a small zip-lock bag. Sound is very good for this price range with some EQ applied. I find that I need to apply some amount of EQ to all earbuds in this price range before I can fully appreciate them. IMO, the Jabra Elite 85T is about equal to the JBL Club Pro+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. All three of these earbuds sound best after EQ'ing and although they sound a little different from one another, they are about equal in overall sound quality. If I had to pick one of the three for sound quality, I would choose the JBL Club Pro+. The Club Pro+ is also my pick for best fitting but my last pick for ease of control. The Galaxy Buds Pro is my 3rd choice for fit because I cannot get a good seal with the factory ear tips. I was able to get a good seal with the Jabra Elite 85T and JBL Club Pro+ using the factory ear tips. I detect no appreciable difference in the ANC between the Club Pro+, Galaxy Buds Pro and Elite 85T. All are good but are surpassed by the Sony WF-1000XM3 and XM4. The Talk-through feature of the Elite 85T and Club Pro+ worked really well and made communicating with others very easy The Jabra Elite 85T is a good choice in the $200 price range but some consideration should be given to the JBL Club Pro+ and the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. All 3 of these earbuds are quite good but none can compete with high end earbuds like the Sony WF-1000XM4 and Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 in terms of sound quality.
