Out of the box, they struggled to connect and the text printed on the back of the cases was in different fonts and colors than normal Airpods. I contacted Apple, who flagged that the items had been submitted for repair previously and would not be warranted because of previous modifications. The seller provided a refund, but leaving this review because he sold several pairs of Airpods to me and to others.
