    Ordered April 8 $22.99. Several days after expected delivery date item had not arrived so I advised seller raaone, who replied item lost in transit and they'd reship. On April 19 the expected delivery date for 2nd shipment I received an email indicating I wouldn't be receiving the item and they would process a refund. Ok mistakes happen. I went online to purchase elsewhere & saw original seller now listing same item at $27.99. Not happy. Seller wasted my time. Won't do future business with them.

    I ordered a DVD player from this company. First, they told me there was an issue of an incorrect tracking number being applied to the device which meant it was not coming to me directly, but asked that I give them 4-6 business days for them to re-ship/ship properly. I gave them more time than that and have not received the device and have heard nothing from the company. I have now demanded a refund.
