The game case had some serious cracking, and as a result, the box art was ripped and wrinkled; see attached photos. The manual and game disc were perfectly fine though. I'm assuming the damage was probably caused during shipping, which could have been avoided with better packaging. They had agreed to ship a replacement case for the broken case. As far as I know, nothing has been shipped, and the seller is no longer responding to messages. I have gotten eBay involved in the matter, so we'll see what happens. I really wish that I could change my initial feedback to negative now with how this whole situation is going.
