Yes, I waited longer than I expected for the parts but, this company was the cheapest with an EBay coupon. The communication between the seller and I can only be described as first class! They were prompt in their response to me. They were extremely helpful. From that point of view, I really can’t complain. Yes, I would use this seller again. Thanks 👍

I’m incredibly impressed by the proactive communication and transparency — this is exactly what customer service and the buying experience should be like. The product I ordered was going end-of-life, and rather than sending me the older generation part, the seller reached out to let me know they preferred to wait for the new-gen stock to arrive. A great example of a true 5-star experience.
