There are no PIN associated with this card. There is no gray strip to scratch off to reveal the PIN. To add a plan to my existing line, I had to activate the SIM card. I took out the old SIM card and replaced it with the new one. Once I activated the SIM card, my account updated with the new plan and new service end date. Good value.

I had problems with Tracfone trying to assist me telling me wrong info on the service plan which they said didn't exist, but after talking to a few Tracfone customer service people I finally got someone who knew what they were doing & helped me complete the process & I got my data, minutes & texts finally added to my plan. Then another message that UPS lost my package. This was not the fault of the seller. I contacted them and was reassured that I will receive a full refund in 3-5 days. So...excellent service from the seller and eBAy but not good service from UPS.

It was a great value, although I had a bit of difficulty loading it online to my phone. I got a message that I would lose all of my current minutes and time if I proceeded with loading it. I immediately stopped the transmission and called Tracfone's Customer Service. I explained the problem and I was told that they had run across this problem a number of times, so they updated everything on the spot. Success!
