The seller wrote back after complaining and told me they would see into the situation. Will buy again from this seller and just hope they've changed couriers .

They made no attempt to ring my door bell,just left the parcel outside my door in the rain, not a good scenario for tea leaves, fortunately managed to get to it before any damage was done. Good value would recommend, cannot say the same for courier service. Best regards Alan.
