Steve Tyrell - Shades of Ray: The Songs of Ray Charle - Steve Tyrell, a GRAMMY® Award-winner and two-time Emmy® nominee, is an artist whose body of work encompasses nearly five decades as a songwriter, producer and vocalist. Tyrell works constantly to reinvent the American Standards Songbook and connect these classic tunes to a modern audience. His albums have reached top-5 status on Billboard's Jazz charts multiple times and he has performed extensively with his band and with orchestras across the country, from the Hollywood Bowl to Carnegie Hall. In 2021, Steve continues with his highly anticipated tour dates, with a holiday tradition of his annual residency at the famed Café Carlisle in New York City. I ordered another and had it sent elsewhere. My main issue was that it felt as if I was getting automated responses at first!! Please have humans review human inquiries!! It was painstaking explaining the situation to an A.I. who only repeats unhelpful replies. Thanks again!! Otherwise. Great price! Great seller!

I contacted them twice with my concerns that package third party shipper never was received at USPS as of 5 days after it said they shipped. They helped me through but neglected to see they had issued me an incorrect tracking number. Otherwise, my transaction was excellent. I will give them a 5star rating since they quickly tried to help me with my concerns.
