I had problems with Tracfone trying to assist me telling me wrong info on the service plan which they said didn't exist, but after talking to a few Tracfone customer service people I finally got someone who knew what they were doing & helped me complete the process & I got my data, minutes & texts finally added to my plan. VerizonValue is a Great company to deal with, no problems at all would highly recommend

But, it did arrive intact as it was securely packaged in a manila envelope. Good price. The card is new and exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Will buy from this Seller again! Then another message that UPS lost my package. This was not the fault of the seller. I contacted them and was reassured that I will receive a full refund in 3-5 days. So...excellent service from the seller and eBAy but not good service from UPS.
