The spout that came with this can was damaged either in a warehouse or during shipping. I sent pictures of the damaged box and broken spout and asked how to proceed. With the information provided a replacement spout is on the way to be delivered tomorrow. Customer service like this is what creates return customers, of which I will be one.

We live in rural Canada. Package was held up twice once at the border. Received notification from DHL that it may be delayed through eBay no call or email. Grainger finally reached out to say futies are owed. Fine. Trying to pay or contact someone online was terrible. People I dealt with personally at their office were great. DHL get a better online setup and easier ways to contact local people
