The seller reached out shortly after I placed to order to find out more details about exactly what scale & type of figure I planned to use the head with to ensure that the finished product would fit perfectly, which was excellent customer service. The high quality packaging was also a nice touch & provided great security during shipping. A very sturdy Styrofoam box with lid held it all securely.
