It arrived faster than expected, wrapped impeccably, with a new charging cord, and even a nice protective laptop shell, and keyboard cover. It was charged, and ready to set up. The little details made me smile! Great seller! They followed up just to let me know to contact them if there were any issues, and let's not forget the best part..... I am very very very happy with the whole experience and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! The laptop was just as described, looked better than that (as new!), and arrived securely packaged. I was able to get it all set up for her in a few hours and everything behaved just as it should.
