I received with one broken battery due to the poor packing. There are 2 batteries, 1 screwdriver, and a charger all in dewalt bag without any protection. During the shipment they are all banged and slamed against each other wiich cause the damaged. Seller (CPO) is working on it to have the manuafacture replace my broken battery. They said it will take from 5 to 7 working days. Hope that I will get a replacement.

Shipped in to large of box that some what self destructed during shipping. Missing only the cap and screws to mount the guard. CPO did communicate well & got the missing parts shipped to me. So it all worked out well. Giving a positive review mostly Due to their Costumer service.

I ended up needing to return this and CPO Outlets was 100% easy t work with. They allowed my return and could have chosen not to due to my blunder. I sent 5-6 emails to them and each time they communicated immediately. No waiting 2 days for an answer. The cordless DeWalt tool I purchased was refurbished and looked absolutely brand new with a new manual. I would definitely recommend CPO Outlets!!!!!
