After return request was placed, seller ghosted me and closed the request, with no appeal and no explanation. Never provided address or instructions for shipping the part back. I have a useless part and he has my money. There is still time to work this out but communication and cooperation are required. Seller can make this right and I will change my feedback if properly resolved.

I included pictures comparing correct one and the one they sold me. I also double check with Cummins part # before purchasing as well.I have no response from them and did return claim and still no response. In the Picture you can see the oring is different then the ones they sent me.
