Thankfully the seller was polite and answered any questions I had to ease my concerns. When the sax finally arrived, I was blown away by the care the seller put in. The saxophone (Yamaha YTS-275) was packaged very well. The instrument and case were in great condition and very clean!!! The sax itself had some minor issues with the octave key and low note response (C-Bb). I absolutely recommend this seller! A++
