Called Tracfone customer service, told her I didn't have a service pin, she asked for the 20 digits Sim card #, and was able to add 1 year extension with 3G data, 1200 minutes and 1200 text within 10 minutes. So much improvement compared to before, I had to talk to several reps to get one who knows how to do it. Thank you Tracfone by Verizon, you are the best, have been a royal customer for many years! A+++

Saved me a lot of money rather than by from the retail center. But I have another year on my TracFone and thousand minutes thousand texts and three more gigs of data thank you.

I had problems with Tracfone trying to assist me telling me wrong info on the service plan which they said didn't exist, but after talking to a few Tracfone customer service people I finally got someone who knew what they were doing & helped me complete the process & I got my data, minutes & texts finally added to my plan. VerizonValue is a Great company to deal with, no problems at all would highly recommend

Normally, these airtime cards arrive in 2 days, & the Seller did ship immediately. However, UPS screwed up. Instead of shipping directly to PA, it sent the card to OR! So, the card took 5 days to arrive in PA. But, it did arrive intact as it was securely packaged in a manila envelope. Good price. The card is new and exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Then another message that UPS lost my package. This was not the fault of the seller. I contacted them and was reassured that I will receive a full refund in 3-5 days. So...excellent service from the seller and eBAy but not good service from UPS.
