So much improvement compared to before, I had to talk to several reps to get one who knows how to do it. Thank you Tracfone by Verizon, you are the best, have been a royal customer for many years! Then another message that UPS lost my package. This was not the fault of the seller. I contacted them and was reassured that I will receive a full refund in 3-5 days. So...excellent service from the seller and eBAy but not good service from UPS.
