However it broke whilst it was in the possession of Royal Mail. I know this bc they had put it into an open bag which was not part of the original packaging. The seller’s response was fantastic-he refunded me immediately with no discussion on the matter. I find him/her to be a very ethical person-I have had other dealings with them.

I don't like to use plastic with all the damage it does. Unfortunately it means I can't use you next time. For other buyers who are happy about plastic bottles, a fast delivery and well protected bottle in the post, then I highly recommend this seller.
