The vendor sold me a defective item. The body of the unit leaked profusely. I tried to initiate a return, but because I contacted the vendor 10 days after the close of the 30 day return window, they refused to do anything about it. They said that it was an installation issue which it wasn't. I confirmed this with the manufacturer (who couldn't even verify the authenticity of the item). I tried to initiate a dialog with this vendor but they have not replied to any of my messages.

Very disappointed, wasn’t what I thought
After having this happen to me once before, I now carefully watch what I purchase. I already had this palette before I realized it wasn’t the real deal. It was when I purchased a Jaclyn hill morphe palette and the colors just seemed off. Then I seen on u tube how to tell the fake from the real one. That’s when I started looking more into it. So I ordered the Jaclyn hill palette from morphe. When I opened it the colors were different. The first color that caught me off guard was the yellow color. When I watched her on u tube using her palette and she went to use the color that was yellow in my palette but not at all yellow in hers. So I did some searching and looked on the Anastasia Beverly Hills website. I looked at the colors very good. I already had the soft glam palette and the colors ... You think your getting a good deal but your getting a fake for the price.

Imitation--- DONT BUY
I was excited to purchase this because I used my friends palate and it was amazing! I saw the price if this and ordered immediately. However, I compared this one with my friends (purchased from Sephora) and this palate is NOT AT ALL AUTHENTIC. The colors are much different and the quality is poor. If you want this palette or have tried it in the store, this is not the same.

Fake!
It was actually pretty good quality for being fake but you never know what they put in their products so just be careful! The quality isn’t great but for the price it’s pretty good. The colors are different shades the real one.

Perfect Eye Colors
I just love the soft color tones in this eye shadow palette. They are easy to apply and blend so well with a make-up brush. Simply use facial wipes to remove easy peasy.

Love!
The quality of the pigment is excellent. The colors are absolutely beautiful. It has the perfect balance of matte and shimmer and tones of shades. There’s not one color that I am upset about.
