I measured myself before my purchase and was 6"L x 5.25" This thing is great! The inside length is a little shorter than 8" @ 7-5/8" Also found the 3rd or 4th cycle setting has a variable vacuum. it pumps and relaxes the vacuum where my penis extends and contracts. I think is better than going to a fixed vacuum. I'm now needing the larger unit due to bottoming out @ 7-5/8"

I didn't use it yet but I did charge it and I turned it on and it seems like everything works perfectly. It's a bit noisy but it can be worked around. Overall it's a great item and I would definitely recommend it.
