The bad- This item was listed as "New", but had been used. Accounts existed on the device that needed to be removed, and this took a couple of days to resolve. I kept the item because it was "like new" and was sold at a good price. I would give the experience a 7 out of 10. The item was not as decribed, but the packing was great and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
