A4-size paper shipped in a normal envelope, with no extra cardboard as support, and OBVIOUSLY it got bent in transit and now I have a fold running through the whole print. Seller claims he wrote "DO NOT BEND" on the envelope. He did NOT, he wrote, very small and in a corner, "NO DOBLAR", so before ordering make sure that your local postman speaks Spanish. I asked for a refund, which he refused. Very unprofessional seller.
