I raised the issue with them immediately after I opened the package, but they dismissed it. They stated the mistake was impossible because they “packed it with mine own hands.” I have a picture of the difference between the listing and the item I received, but the seller was not interested in resolving the issue. I have been using this product for 20 years and can understand the mistake, but wouldn’t trust this seller again.

It arrived at my house in a Walmart BAG with an order sticker on it. I investigated where it came from and the original prices.. marked up nearly 2x!! I order from eBay to interact with small businesses and mom and pop shops... I will never order from this seller again. Totally not in the spirit of eBay. Very bad value, bad experience.
