It was listed as "open box" but it clearly has had a lot of use. The receiver has scratched and the cable has black marks on it. Putting a heavily used item back in the box to sell does not make it an "open box" which description states "An item in excellent, new condition with no wear." Clearly, this is not what I received. Now I know why the item is listed as "no returns". Beware!
