I was a little confused but it got the job done(just maybe not the most professional). Other than that, everything was in great shape. The dvd set I ordered has no damage and is brand new as listed. It was a very good deal to find this box set for $33 and free shipping.

I appreciate the efforts he made to resolve the issue, even though it was ultimately unfixable.
