I messaged the seller the correct address and he told me that he couldn’t print a correct mailing label until I fixed my address in , that is the first star in his favor! Second original mailing said I wouldn’t get the package for another week, I got it today, star #2, finally the purchase was better than expected! Description said new inbox but the box was beat up. I have offered the seller to take a partial refund because I do not want to return the items and I’m willing to repair them. But she insisted on keeping them and threatened me with a negative if I didn't comply... So I got my first negative in 2 years. There are worse things I suppose.
