I have communicated with them about books I thought were late. It was my misunderstanding, but they were very accommodating and willing to find an answer. These particular covers are absolutely gorgeous in person, amazing for the value paid. While some other issues with this order weren't available, that didn't prevent this order from being shipped in time (and tracked). The seller is communicated and quick at processing (challenges and all). Would happily do business with this seller again.
