I was surprised to find the device already setup but I assume this was for testing purposes. I was able to wipe the device and set it up without any problems. My son has had the phone for a week and it works perfectly. I would definitely buy another phone from the seller again.

The phone arrived in better than 'good' condition physically and packaged very well. When I mentioned the issue to the seller, they immediately responded and helped me get a refund. I would have liked to buy from the seller again, but they were out of stock on this product. I would recommend them to anyone.
